This 18-year-old Who Wanted To Be A Doctor May Lose Her Arm To Bone Cancer Without Your Help


I felt a pain in my right shoulder. It was bearable. I had no reason to go to the hospital. A few weeks passed, and the pain got so intense that I just rushed to the nearest ER. The medical team ran tests and I was finally diagnosed with bone cancer.My name is Helina Girma. I’m 18 years old. My father, Girma, works as a manager in a private firm. My mother, Mosit, is a teacher. My brother, Yignet is a 4th year Medical resident, and I also have a younger sister in 3rd grade. I just finished school and hoped to join Med School.
